Ballycastle's Apple Fair - Last Tuesday in October

Ballycastle is well known as the home of the Oul Lammas Fair, held on the last Tuesday in August. It also once held hiring fairs on the last Tuesdays in May and November; a Gooseberry Fair on the last Tuesday in July and today was the date for the Apple Fair, the final Tuesday in October.

An Armagh man was selling apples in the Diamond so I bought some Bramley cooking apples and some sweet apples for my sister.
