Invite from Robert Thompson: "Hope to see you on Tuesday at the opening of the Bushmills and the Great War exhibition in Bushmills Community Centre. There are lots of items never before seen in the exhibition. Dundarave House have been very good with lots of things never seen before outside the immediate family. There are lots of medals and plaques and a few surprises that I cannot divulge at present. Everyone welcome on Tuesday, July 1, for the opening and for the following fortnight."
The Lennon-Wylie website contains links to a series of books written by Robert about those who didn't survive the war. These were published on a district basis and extend from Ballycastle in Co Antrim to Inishowen in Donegal.. He's recently published a book about those from Bushmills who served and survived.
