Ballymoney Town Hall - 'Save the Roddens' - Wednesday, June 24

On Wednesday 24th June at 8pm a public meeting will be held in Ballymoney Town Hall to discuss the future of the Roddens care home. ALL local MLA's and Councillors have been invited , as have the Trust.

The residents of the Roddens need your support. Irrespective of whether you have a family member using the home or not , please come along......we need your help!!

Let's speak out for those who can not speak out for themselves.

Let's protect the welfare of our elderly and stand up for the most vulnerable in society

Let's send a clear message to the Trust and the Minister of exactly how we feel

Gathering 6.30pm, Monday 22nd June outside Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council, Cloonavin, 66 Portstewart Rd, Coleraine BT52 1EY. We will be delivering a workshop to the Causeway Coast and Glens Council. The company who wish to drill at 49 Ballinlea Road (Rathlin Energy) will be presenting too! The workshops are closed but we are gathering outside at 6.30pm. Please come along and show your visible support for the campaign to Protect Our North Coast. Say No to drills 75m from homes! Protect our Health, Farming, Fishing and Tourism.

If you want a treat on Saturday, 27 June, why not come along to the Robert Quigg VC Commemoration Society’s fundraising brunch in the hall at Bushmills Presbyterian Church.

Make a donation and enjoy the delicious food! You can choose from tea/coffee, scones, homemade soups & wheaten bread, bacon butties, filled rolls or bacon with pancakes & maple syrup. Everyone is welcome and we’ll be serving from 10am-2pm. All money raised will be contributed to the Robert Quigg VC Sculpture Fund. We hope to see you there!
